Day 1 – Friday, August 15th (Check-In after 2:00 PM)

- Arrivals to Jeddah are welcomed to the villa.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM:
- Arrival & Check-In: Settle into your private king/queen room with ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a welcome refreshment in the villa’s serene lobby.

- Orientation and introductions: Begin with a guided indoor walk exploring the Villa’s amenities while getting to know the founders invited.

- Dinner: Enjoy a delicious, locally-inspired meal served indoor or outdoor, whatever the attendee's feel like the best.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM:
Founder Story Night: Kick off the retreat with an intimate session where fellow founders share raw, real stories about their journeys, setting the stage for deep connection and valuable lessons.

- Breakfast & Catch-up: Join the table for a delicious breakfast and catch-up with the founders’ plans and strategies post-retreat.
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM:
- Adding Founders to a Private Community: Join a digital group to keep in touch with all attending founders.

- Preparation & Checkout: Packing bags and checking out.

Yes! If you’re comfortable sharing the same bedroom, you can bring a business partner for half the ticket price. Just make sure to let us know when booking.
Of course. Friends or family members are welcome under the same conditions: share the bedroom and purchase an additional ticket for half the price.
Yes — your retreat ticket will be a business expense. However, we recommend checking with your accountant or tax advisor based on your specific situation.
If your plans change, we have a flexible refund policy:
- Cancel 30+ days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancel 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 15 days before the event: No refund
Please note:
- If you booked using a payment plan (deposit), the deposit is non-refundable.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless you find a qualified founder to attend in your place (subject to approval).
